Winter Showcase - December 11th from 3:30-5:30 PM
Join us for an evening of celebration, creativity, and community at Sequoia Middle School’s Winter Showcase! Our campus will come alive with student performances, hands-on activities, and festive fun for the whole family.
Enjoy incredible showcases from our talented Band, Colorguard, Cheer, Folklorico, Choir, Dance, and Hmong Dance students. Wander through our student Art Gallery, experience interactive exhibits like Robotics, and take part in holiday-themed crafts such as candy cane reindeer, paper angel ornaments, and Christmas cards for Sierra Vista Health Care Center. Don’t forget to stop by for pictures with the Grinch!
We’ll also have a food truck out front, with proceeds supporting Sequoia students—come hungry and support a great cause!
Bring your family, invite your neighbors, and help us kick off the winter season with joy, creativity, and school pride. We can’t wait to see you there!
Quarter 2 Rally
On Friday, December 19th, Sequoia will have it's quarter 2 winter rally! We look forward to the event that will feature student performances and games.
Lumberjack Jamboree
Lumberjack Jamboree is a celebration we have at the end of each quarter to celebrate our students’ success. Students who meet 3 or more of the criteria, are invited to celebrate with us each quarter. Students who meet all 5 criteria will receive a special treat! Our 1st Quarter Lumberjack Jamboree will be held on Tuesday June 10th.
Lumberjack Jamboree Criteria
- 2.5 GPA and above
- 96% attendance or above
- 5 tardies or less
- No D’s or F’s
- No Suspension/Transition
